CHOGM Begins!

Today is the start of Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. We are expecting 10,000 heads, including Queen Elizabeth lll. Kampala has been in havoc for the past while in preparation for all the delegates, trying to make our best impression for the Queen. We actually have some properly paved roads now. Thou it took over a week with 4-5 hour traffic jams cause by closed roads. After the Queens arrival yesterday, people are excited as to what will become of Uganda after CHOGM.
